• We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. It really is in a prime position in the Port with a truly stunning view - even nicer than the photos if that is possible! Jean Michel was a perfect host and communication was great. A very easy arrival for us. Perfect for a small family like us or couple. The terrace is so wonderful with a view o the mountains and the port I could not do it justice here! I am sure it won't be as easy to book next year once word gets out what a wonderful place this is. Thank you so much to Jean Michel for sharing your beautiful house with us. We hope we can come back next year!

• Many Thanks to Jmichel for a fantastic holiday. On arrival from Palma by bus, which stops on the other side of the port , we rang Jmichel for directions and he very kindly collected us and drove us to the apartment. Our host advised us on local restaurants and shops , and was available at all times for any queries. Although the apartment is compact it is furnished to a very high standard. It was perfect for us (a couple and our teenage daughter) We really appreciated the little touches such a supply of coffee, salt, pepper, oil,and other bits and pieces to start is off. Having a dishwasher and coffee machine were a great addition. There is not a lot of privacy in the bathroom, but fine for a family or couple. As the weather was so hot we had no need for the upstairs lounge and used this as a comfortable 2nd bedroom . The air con worked perfectly to keep us cool indoors. The terrace (where we spent most of time) is enormous ! The views all around are spectacular. It must be the best in Port de soller. We could have easily spent all our time here . The large garden downstairs is also a lovely spot to relax. The best beach in the port is literally outside the front door ,and great for snorkeling as the water is so clear. There's plenty of fish to be seen and diving with the cormorant that was constantly on the end of the jetty, was a definite highlight. The location was perfect for us at the quieter side of the port. A supermarket and and the best ice cream shop in the port are just downstairs, and plenty of restaurants close by. As is the tram stop to Soller. It's an easy 10 min stroll to the harbour, with plenty more restaurants and shops and this where you can take boat trips from to other coves nearby. We booked an afternoon snorkeling trip with Octopus diving, which was a little expensive , but still enjoyable to see quieter coves in the area. Getting about by bus is easy and very cheap, and I would definitely recommend a trip to Deia for the best snorkeling and a great lunch, but be warned , the hike back up from the cove, (about 15 mins) is hard work in the heat ( or you could book a taxi in the village). On departure , Jmichel booked our taxi for us and allowed us to use the garden and downstairs bathroom to freshen up before we left at 5pm. Also a place to store our luggage. I cannot recommend this apartment enough, and would love to return in the future. (Especially when the hot tub is installed on the terrace !) Debbie , Steve and Fay

• This lovely appartment was exatlcy what we were looking for. It's located in the middle of the town directly at the seafront with an amazing view. The accomodation has everything for a couple stay or even small families. We really liked the special arcitecture and of course the stunning terrace (about 70m2) with a nice lounge. The stay was made perfect by the charming host of Jean-Michel, who was very easy-going and always ready to help. A parking spot is also available for free. Just around are tons of wonderful Restaurant and the beach. The village is quite calm (compared to El Arenal) and perfect for a cultural and relaxing stay. We just had a great Holiday! Thank you and hope to come back soon!

We stayed at Jean Michels place for 3 nights. The space is beautiful and a perfect home base from which to explore Port de Sóller and the surrounding small towns of the tramuntanas. Catija (sp?) was such a gracious host and took care of us during our time. Check in was very easy, the space is clean and large, and the terrace outside was incredible for having a few glasses of wine after a leisurely day. We could not ask for a better spot to say in Port de Sóller and can recommend the house entirely!

Fantastic views of both the sea and the mountains from a huge terrace, extraordinary!
